Social Care Workers

Carewatch is rightly proud of its staff and currently boasts a workforce of over 40 Social Care Workers who are representative of the community that they serve. The company encourages staff to undertake relevant training and is delighted that over 60% of the care hours it delivers are provided by staff with an NVQ2 or higher in Care. Many staff are working towards further qualifications paid for by Carewatch. The company is an Investor in People as it understands that to deliver a valued and high quality service it needs a loyal, motivated, skilled and well trained workforce.
