Ru Newman

Ru is Managing Director and acquired the business in early 2003 after enjoying a 20 year career in the Advertising Industry.

In addition to running the business Ru is also Chair of the Somerset Home Care Providers Forum, a group that represents independent home care providers in the county offering a link between its membership and the Local Authority and other industry bodies.

Ru is a keen sportsman and boasts about being (probably) the world's tallest wicketkeeper and (allegedly) the world's worst goalkeeper (now retired). He coaches his son’s football team, enjoys cycling and is a lifelong fan of both Bristol City and Gloucestershire CCC. He is a keen music fan enjoying a wide range of black and world music.
