Carewatch Wyvern has negotiated a vastly improved mobile package with T Mobile for the benefit of all staff members. The company issues all staff with a mobile phone, at no cost to them, enabling them to keep in touch with the office, their Service Users and colleagues without needing to use their own mobiles. Staff have recently been issued with a new Nokia C5 phone with an impressive range of features.

As a bonus, staff are allowed to use these phones to call any UK landline and can also use their phones to send unlimited texts to any UK number, regardless of network. The only restriction is that staff cannot use their company mobiles to dial other mobile numbers outside the calling group.

Some staff have chosen to dispense with their own private mobiles, saving themselves considerable amounts of money, and now only use their company mobile phone for both company and private business. Carewatch have encouraged staff to do this and are always looking for extras they can offer their workforce, helping to reward them for the great job they perform.

Carewatch MD, Ru Newman said ‘Our staff perform such vital work in the community where emergencies sometimes arise, so it is very important that we can reach our staff, or they us at any time during their working hours. As an employer we feel it is unfair to expect our staff to use their own phones so we are very pleased to offer these mobiles, allowing staff to save themselves money by using their company phones for unlimited texts and non-business calls to landlines.’
