Carewatch Wyvern reaches agreement with End of Life Care Team

Carewatch Wyvern has been engaged by the newly created Somerset End of Life Care Coordination Team to provide palliative care services to people who wish to spend their final days at home and with their families. A shortage of such services has meant that people were sometimes denied the opportunity to return home and obliged to remain in hospital contrary to their wishes.

Carewatch staff have received special training in this sensitive area and are able to provide levels of care and reassurance that have been recognised by the End of Life Team who have sought the help of Carewatchon a number of occasions.
