Carewatch launches Outcome Based Care Monitoring System

The bespoke Outcome Monitoring System has been developed to measure and report on the individual needs of service users, their journey to independent living, and the part that Carewatch plays in ensuring their personal goals are met. The system signals a move away from traditional task-based care delivery to a more individual approach that allows Carewatch to deliver what that service users want, as well as being able to monitor and review progress and make the most effective use of the services it provides.
